Beautiful sunrise this morning. Very nice camp site as well.Travel Day. Decided to take a detour and go to Sequoia National Forest and see those huge trees, so divert we did. Got to the entrance, $30 to get in, good thing we have Senior Pass; our cost $0. Drove two miles to the Visitors Center. No RVs allowed - too sharp of turns on the road. Plus, all cars must have chains! Apparently they had a large winter storm last week and there is a bit of snow and ice up there. The Sequoia's only grow between 6000 feet and 8500 feet. What a bummer.
